Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productDevelop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teamsSet goals and collaborate with UI/UX team to define amazing products for end customer, ensure that your applications is greatest application for high net-worth peoplesAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategyActively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goalsLead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalitiesServe as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline5+ years experience demonstrated as a Business Analyst Experience in Finance/Insurance domainPassion for product developmentUnderstanding of business value around features/functionsGood knowledge of wire-frame prototype designingHands-on experience in writing Software Development Requirement Document as well as Functional Specification document and in preparing UI mock-upGood knowledge of testing processes and methodologiesFast learner, a self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervisionOutstanding communication & presentationSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsLogic mindset and systematic thinkingAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesGood verbal & written English.
