I. Job Description:
KFC Vietnam is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in product ownership. This role will have you working at the intersection of our core business, e-commerce, and fintech initiatives. You will be the driving force behind our strategic product decisions, helping us optimize our business model and thrive in an ever-evolving retail landscape.
II. Responsibilities:
1. Draft and articulate in detail business requirements, functional specifications, and software specification requirement documents.
2. Assume the role of a Product Owner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to execution.
3. Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
4. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement or enhancement in our current business processes and systems.
5. Translate stakeholder needs into new product features, developing user stories and prioritizing product backlog.
6. Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and customer value is delivered.
7. Conduct market research, identifying opportunities and trends in the F&B retail, e-commerce, fintech, and online business models.
8. Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap of our digital products, providing thought leadership and driving innovation.
9. Liaise between the business and IT, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure the successful execution of projects.
10. Maintain and prioritize a product backlog, incorporating user stories and changes in the market landscape to keep our products competitive and innovative

III. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Previous experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the F&B retail, e-commerce, or fintech sectors.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in business and requirement analysis, documentation, and product management.
6. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management will be a plus.
10. Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
