Business Consultant (Prefer Shipping Line)

We are seeking for the Business Consultant professional who demonstrates:• Use deep understanding and experience to complete tasks related to shipping lines. • Work independently on assignments with general direction for new or unfamiliar tasks.• May support and guide junior team members.JOB DESCRIPTION • Work with clients to understand, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Provide advice or recommendations when needed. • Collaborate closely with CLV Developers and CLT Business Consultants on system development projects. • Perform regular testing to ensure the system supports business operations correctly. • Train Service Desk staff and Developers on actual business workflows and processes. • Join client meetings to collect and confirm requirements, align timelines, and review related documentation. • Support clients who are using the company’s services and provide solutions for any issues. • Use maritime business knowledge to guide development teams in improving system logic to meet the needs of shipping lines. • Participate in analysis, reporting, training, and other assigned tasks or projects. • Carry out additional duties as required by the project.
