- Assists Manager of Domestic Business Development with the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans involving events, tournaments, promotions, entertainment and reinvestment strategies.
- Helps to prepare the annual marketing plan and budget that will enhance sustainability and growth in the domestic customer base.
- Works closely with department managers to develop marketing plans and strategies to grow revenue for their respective areas.
- Helps to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable business partners creating greater brand awareness and financial benefit to The Grand Ho Tram.
- Responsible for focusing on identifying emerging trends and issues in the domestic market. Identify and prioritize opportunities as they relate to marketing activities.
- Responsible for becoming the domestic market expert regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on short and long term strategies.
- Work closely with the management of Gaming Operations and Hotel Operations to maximize effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Give regular ongoing feedback to the management of Gaming Operations and Hotel Operations regarding the reactions of the customers and prospective customers across all channels.
- Develops and directs the execution of strategies and programs to achieve revenue, acquisition, retention and profitability goals.
- Directs database and direct response marketing including monitoring print production, mailing distribution, and redemption rates and costs.
- Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of direct marketing programs and developing new strategies as needed.
- Ensures all advertising and marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Assists with company activities and campaigns to promote the image and awareness of the property in the community and geographic region.
- Establishes systems that would enhance operational efficiency such as SOP’s, Policies & Procedure, and other area related to Casino Marketing Operations.
- Routinely and periodically spot checks subordinates primary job responsibility tasks, tracking mechanisms and work to ensure compliance with SOP’s and POP’s.
- Responsible for completing performance evaluations, training guidelines / coaching & mentoring programs along with scheduling according to appropriate standards for all areas of supervision.
- Performs duties in accordance with property compliance and regulation standard
- Helps direct reports achieve outlined goals and plans of action objectives by periodically meeting with and assisting staff with tasks and needs associated with the goals and objectives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- This should include leading by example in focusing targeted groups, companies, entities and agencies again in support of targeted pamphlets, flyers and other media for all events ETC.
- Willing and expecting to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate an attitude of doing something for an extra mile

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably.
- At least 3 years of Casino Marketing experience gaming industry, preferably in Asia with an established network of domestic gaming customers.
- Thorough knowledge of local regulatory requirements in casino gaming industry
- Experience in reviewing and developing marketing plans, marketing materials and collaterals.
- Strong track record of understanding marketing dynamics and responding in a proactive manner to assure achievement of business objectives.
- Experience in analyzing and marketing recommendations on gaming promotions and their profitability
- Ability to create effective cross-company working relationships and execute on business plan which requires multi-division participation.
- Ability to draft complex reports and material and give lengthy oral and written presentations / PPT.
- Knowledge of the gaming, hotel, and entertainment industry.
- Must have excellent customer service and interaction skills.
- Ability to write, prepare standard reports and documents.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
- Self-starter, collaborative, and highly organized, along with being an innovative problem solver and a creative marketer with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects and deadlines with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work both independently and in teams effectively for the best possible outcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills, writing, speaking, organizational ability, initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm.
