This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.The Role• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, particularly those in industrial sectors.• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support insurance placement, renewal, and cross-sell efforts.• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to deliver customized, competitive solutions.• Execute sales strategies and meet assigned targets (Manufacturing Industry, Renewable Energy, wood, textile, etc.)• Manage the end-to-end client engagement process with a focus on service quality and retention.• Regularly report performance metrics and pipeline updates to management.
