Job SummaryWe are seeking a well-rounded and driven Business Development Director to support both daily business operations and longer-term strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration—helping turn business ideas into action through structured coordination, partner engagement, and data-backed decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that both growth projects and core business processes are delivered with impact, speed, and alignment.Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning• Analyzing market trends, business performance, and growth opportunities from both external and internal VinShop.• Tracking key business metrics (e.g. revenue, GMV, user behavior, adoption rate) and turning insights into action plans.• Contribute to the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and leadership documents.2. Execution & Coordinationa. Project Operations• Coordinate with regional teams and field operations to support business rollout, sales tracking, and campaign activation.• Monitor execution progress across key markets and flag operational issues or deviations from plan.b. Strategic Initiative Execution• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data, Tech, Finance) to deploy strategic workstreams and pilots.• Track project timelines, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.• Coordinate alignment across internal teams to resolve blockers and maintain execution momentum.• Participate in post-project analysis, lesson-learned documentation, and recommendation drafting for next-phase rollout.3. Partnership Development• Responsible for partner profiling, initial outreach preparation, and performance tracking.• Drafting commercial terms, MoUs, and briefing decks for partnership discussions.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner enablement and delivery alignment.

Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in FMCG as Strategic Planning (E-Com or Consulting background is a plus)• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not compulsory.• Strong analytical and planning skills; comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic BI tools.• Effective communicator with a proactive and structured working style.• Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and handle multiple priorities.• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
