I. RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans in alignment with the company’s strategy, focusing on revenue targets and KPI metrics through the company’s KPI/CRM system.2. Identify and develop potential customers and strategic partners, both domestically and internationally, to expand market share.3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team committed to delivering results.4. Analyze data, prepare periodic business performance reports, and propose solutions to improve overall effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Mandatory: Male/Female, 30 years or older, with good health.2. Mandatory: Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.3. Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.4. Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of experience at a managerial level (Head of Department or higher).5. Mandatory: Proven experience in developing strategies, leading sales teams, and managing business performance through KPIs.6. Preferred: Candidates with experience at multinational chemical corporations such as: BASF, Dow, Tosoh, Samsung, LG Chem, Mitsubishi Chemical, SABIC, Evonik, etc.
