Provide information and answer inquiries to help clients understand the company's products and services; offer detailed consultations on how to use the Dragon3x platform (international platform), account types, trading fees, and bonus programs.Support clients in creating accounts, monitor campaign performance, and propose appropriate commission rates, gifts, and promotional offers.Coordinate online training sessions on company products and platforms to enhance customer understanding.Utilize CRM tools to promptly handle requests and complaints, maintain and strengthen customer relationships, and track trading frequency and customer satisfaction.Work closely with advertising agencies, group administrators, influencers, and partners across various countries to support media campaigns and execute business plans.Build and develop a strong sales team.Expand the market internationally.

Strong English skills (required): Able to communicate and write professional emails with international clients.Experience in sales related to Forex, stocks, crypto, digital or financial products.Skilled in sourcing leads through international channels (social media, forums, affiliate groups).Proactive, quick learner, with a good understanding of international investor behavior.Preference given to candidates with experience as IBs (Introducing Brokers) or those with a financial network in international markets.Proficient in working via email and messaging platforms.
