Business Development Intern

JOB PURPOSE To build and structure our team, we are seeking an intern who is eager to learn and develop their skills within the recruitment industry.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with both Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Consultant.The Intern will play a critical role in supporting our sales activities and coordinating with our Vietnamese Consultants.Also, the intern will be exposed to a variety of tasks that align with their interests and skills, providing comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process.*Tasks and responsibilities will be discussed in detail during the interview processThis position is ideal for someone looking to deepen their knowledge of the diverse industries in Vietnam, particularly involve Japanese companies.Team: 4 Japanese with 1-2 Vietnamese (include both Hanoi and HCM)2. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES• Research on customer information using internal and externaldata.• Coordinate tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow• Manage customer information and other data• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects• Maintain data used for report creation• Prepare reports to provide an overview of team performance• Create materials and newsletters to support sales activities• Other tasks assigned by line managers
