The role will also help in preparing simple/ basic Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Country Head & Business Manager while gaining hands-on exposure to the bus technology ecosystem.RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in monitoring and ensuring accuracy of inventory and ticket pricing across platforms.- Support the setup and basic management of the GDS (Global Distribution System) for bus operators.- Work with internal teams to learn how to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.- Provide basic support to bus operators on technical questions and requests.- Help in documenting and tracking product-related claims from bus operators.- Learn to use tools such as log analysis under supervision to identify and solve system issues.- Contribute feedback and observations to improve internal products and processes.- Perform other assigned tasks as part of the learning experience.
