MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC• Develop business development and sales strategies for 3PL services, includingWarehousing & Value-Added Services, Transportation & Value- Added Services, Freight, Cross-border and other 3PL services, targeting expanding services new customers.• Conduct market research to design effective solutions for winning bids and align withthe company's business plan for each period. Suggest pricing strategies and ensurethe right access directions and flexible supporting services for various customertypes and goods.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster business growth andretention.• Lead the process of acquiring new customers by offering competitive pricing andservices, while also nurturing existing customer relationships to meet sales targetsand contribute to country gross profit.• Actively communicate and share service requirements with the operations team andrelated departments to ensure proper costing.• Collaborate flexibly and proactively with operations teams to develop cost-effectivesolutions for RFQs.• Report directly to the CSO.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good command of English (oral and written)• Over 5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer service• Prefer candidate who is under 45 years old.• University degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade, or Foreign Languages, etc..• Good management, interpersonal, and team management skills• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Customer service, problem-solving and account management skills• Strong Analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel and MS Office• Strong networking skills
