– Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.– Develop and execute a business development plan that includes the identification of target markets, key decision-makers, and sales strategies.– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction– Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and development, to develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs.– Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.– Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.– Negotiate contracts and close deals.

-Experience working at an Agency for 5 years– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.– Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.– Strong organizational and project management skills.– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.– Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends.– Attention to detail, ability to understand processes, and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately– Time-oriented, good management skills with the ability to hit goals within set deadlines
