1. Strategy:• Continuously develop and execute the Jio Health’s business developmentstrategies to meet the company goal.• Identify and develop Jio Health’s unique selling propositions and differentiators2. New Business Development:• Research and prospect for new potential business customers to ensure a robustpipeline of engagements within each market• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitiveofferings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas• Identify and cultivate relationships with the decision influencers and decisionmakers within potential prospect organizations• Successfully communicate Jio Health's business offerings to top-level executivesor corporate’s decision makers and work closely with DBD in final sales closings• Develop the systems and procedures to enable the effective execution of newbusiness development• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Jio Health’s ambitious growth.• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and thepenetration of new markets.3. Management:• Recruitment and retention.• Manage programs, pipelines, projects and budgets• Monitor, analyze and forecast sales targets• Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for managementpurposes• Prepare, negotiate and manage contracts related to the team, ensuringcompliance with strategic objectives, internal policies and legal obligations• Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the team and the company

*Experience:- Essential:• Consolidated experience working in a senior sales, business developmentmanagement role within start-up, social or commercial enterprise organizations.• Excellent new B2B business experience.• Strong B2B Business Development/ Sales background from service industry (HR,Outsoursing service is preferred).• At least 3 years experience at the similar role.*Key Skills and Competences- Essential:• Excellent sale and marketing strategy skills with a proven track record of success• Excellent prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations) inboth English and Vietnamese• Excellent planning, organizational and administrative skills• Operational mindset.
