• Identify and develop new business opportunities in die casting markets (automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, etc.). • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and other key industry players. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements. • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company capabilities. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company objectives. • Provide input into product development and improvements based on market needs. • Track and report business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in business development or technical sales in the die casting or metal manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of aluminum, zinc, or magnesium die casting processes. • Demonstrated success in developing new markets and accounts. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and trade shows. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
