Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Fintech solutions. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by promoting innovative financial technology products and services.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business Growth • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue. • Identify and pursue new market segments, customer bases, and strategic opportunities. • Work closely with the executive team to align growth initiatives with company vision and product roadmap.2. Client & Partner Acquisition • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients, merchants, and institutional partners. • Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech, banking, and payments ecosystems.3. Market Intelligence & Analysis • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities. • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and market fit. • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
