Business Development Manager - Logistics

​JOB PURPOSE:Business Development Manager is responsible developing and implementing a comprehensive international marketing strategy that would increase revenues and profits. This individual will support the business development activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company. ​CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - ​Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing/ sales as well as Customer Relationship activities. - Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. - Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business. - Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth. - ​Working to stringent targets, to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call. - Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for targeted solicitation, understand their business and solutions requirements, and engage in a consultative sales process (business to business). - ​Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. - Maintain agent’s relationships in accordance with company policy. - Actively responsible for P&L and Strategic planning respectively. - Receive, monitor and follow up reports from department / business unit in accordance with company policy. - Monitor progress of claims and customer Satisfaction. Lead to fix all issues and increase satisfaction level to the customer. - Perform guidelines issued together GM FLS Logistics & Director FLS Logistics & GM FLS Thailand & Finance. - Monitor and develop the profitability and efficiency of processes within the assigned customer portfolio. - Cooperation with stake holding Departments and other FLS offices & countries. - ​Provide high customer service levels, especially for key accounts. - Responsible for development of existing and implementation of new products and traffic lane. - Responsible for costs and revenues of the assigned Customer portfolio. - Comply with FLS cooperate Structure, Values and Integrity. - Responsible to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies. - Other duties as assigned by management.
