We serve clients in more than 40 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, the Indian subcontinent and Africa.RTS International is looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on our growth opportunities in Vietnam. This is a 1099, contract sales position and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS International within the region. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.The position is suitable for both Mid and Senior Business Development professionals.Responsibilities• Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics, including but not limited to solicitation, client referrals, networking, development of agent relationships, lead generation through SEO, etc.• Effectively present and explain complex financial products and their value to prospective clients• Build and maintain new and current international customer relationships, through phone and inperson visits.• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business• Regularly collaborate with agent partners• Follow up on sales leads and client referrals• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business development experience. Experience in the financial sector or in selling services to manufacturers is a strong plus• Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in-person• Self-driven with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills• Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products• Experience in sales within Vietnam• English business proficiency required• Must be able to travel within Vietnam without restrictions; up to 50% travel required• Ideally located in the following city: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City*Benefits & Perks• Competitive salary from $3,000 – $5,000 USD + commission• Opportunity to work with an international company headquartered in the U.S.• Professional growth through exposure to global financial services and international trade sectors• Flexible, independent work style with support from global teams• Business travel opportunities within Vietnam and potential exposure to regional/global markets• Dynamic and collaborative working environment with strong career development opportunities
