The role of Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within a company and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will develop a network or channel to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, make sales projections, and forecast revenue, in line with projected income. Report to: Head of sales Responsibilities• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction with Performing a detailed sales strategy.• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and to provide the right solutions to clients.• Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.• Working with team leaders, Managers, and Directors from other departments such as marketing, outsourcing, and department to optimize sales.• Ensure the sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to the Head of sales / and CEO with actions to improve (If needed).• Performing a Sales forecast, monitoring the actual revenue, analyzing the gap, and making the proper corrective plan (If any).

Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.• Minimum of 5 working years with a proven record as a Sales, or BD from the Professional Services Industry• Must have direct experience in Legal services ex. company registration, Accounting Services, and Payrolling Services. • Excellent in English communication• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to develop the market to gain leads and make the sales progress from presenting to the agreement deal.• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel• Time management and planning skills
