• Set departmental targets and KPIs with the Country Business Development Officer; develop action plans accordingly.• Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities.• Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions; position them effectively against competitors.• Understand market and partner needs; suggest relevant services and activities.• Build and strengthen relationships with partners and business associates.• Organize and participate in events, seminars, and networking activities.• Handle partner inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for support.• Deliver presentations and partnership proposals to potential partners.• Monitor partner performance and engagement, suggest improvements.• Lead and manage team: set goals, provide feedback, coaching, and motivation.• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

• BSc Degree in Business Administration or in any Business-related field• Proven experience in business development, partner relations or similar role• Excellent English skills• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven• Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to perform under pressure• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders• Strategic mindset with strong market analysis and opportunity identification skills• Proven ability to plan and execute effective partnership growth strategies• Highly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail• Proficient in computer applications and business tools• Effective leadership and team management abilities• Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members• Able to keep teams motivated, aligned, and mobilised toward common goals
