1. Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the logistics industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for business development.2. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, land) and supply chain services.• Conduct market research to identify potential clients/ agents and business expansion opportunities.• Approach and acquire new customers/ agents through networking, cold calling, and referrals.• Develop customized logistics solutions to meet client needs and enhance service offerings.• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.Client Relationship Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.• Act as a consultant to clients/ agents, providing insights and solutions to optimize their logistics and supply chain operations.• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.Market Analysis & Strategy Development:• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.• Provide input on pricing strategies, service development.Internal Coordination & Reporting:• Work closely with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.• Report to General Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.• Knowledge of international trade, freight forwarding operations, and customs regulations is a plus.Skills & Competencies:• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships.• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
