Business Development Specialist (Working In Thái Bình)

• Support overall business development activities and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and conditions;• Assist with departmental operations, including legal document review and compliance checks;• Stay up to date with real estate policies, procedures, and reports to provide valuable insights for business development;• Monitor market trends, legal approval procedures, and related laws and regulations; support management in identifying potential investors;• Compile information and prepare reports as required;• Assist in preparing documents for General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings;• Take minutes of GMS and BOD meetings and manage all documentation of the Business Development Department (e.g., reports, contracts, addenda, contract liquidations, meeting minutes, etc.);• Collect, scan, and upload soft copies to the server; organize and store required hard copies appropriately;• Maintain relationships with authorities and local partners;• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.
