- Second-level support and resolution of accounting system's related user queries/requests/issues (service request tickets) in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining ongoing support documentation in Support Wiki.
- Working with first, and third-level support and end users to resolve service request tickets in a timely manner.
- Meeting service level agreement (SLA) commitments defined for the service request tickets.
- Compiling and providing issues trends and SLA met/missed statistics.
- Providing Recommendations for fixes/improvements to accounting systems to reduce incidents and promote efficiency
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good at English (including verbal, writing and reading comprehensive technical documentation)
- Have the logic/smart thingking, be trained for non-IT members.
-Nice to have:
- Have experience with SQL queries.
- A knowledge of investments and financial instruments would be beneficial to this role.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Microsoft Office - basic knowledge and experience required. Strong knowledge and working experience are advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic Linux/Unix command line language.
- Ability to read and understand C++ programming code.
- Ability to read and understand SQL written functions and procedures.
