**have the opportunity to transition into an Immigration Consultant role**Administrative Support- Liaise with suppliers, manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.- Handle postage, courier arrangements, and document dispatch.- Prepare and organize documents, internal forms, and maintain proper filing.- Schedule appointments and assist in managing calendars.- Attend to matters at government offices or relevant authorities when requested.Client & Reception Support- Conduct initial outreach to clients via email or phone using approved templates.- Assist in gathering client information and maintaining accurate client records.- Greet and attend to visitors in a professional manner.- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.- Assist in organizing seminars, help with seminar registrations and preparing participant materials.- Handle seminar-related inquiries and provide assistance during events.
