Business System Analyst

Summary:MiTek is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our IT organization. The candidate will closely work with services team to support and enhance both global and local digital applications. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Examples of applications that the candidate would engage on include but not limited to SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, Teamwork , Microsoft ADO, Reporting etc. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the services organization and functional business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Digital Application Support: Provide support for various digital applications used by the services organization, ensuring they meet the business needs and are optimized for performance. Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform user acceptance testing. Solution Design and Enhancement: Design and propose enhancements to existing systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving operational efficiency. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training to users on new systems and enhancements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the technical teams (IT/development) and the services organization to ensure clear communication and effective delivery of solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
