Develops & executes strategies to increase revenue through 3rd party sales channels such as distributors & CAC dealers, installers network: - Design & implement channel sales strategies to meet company sales channel targets (sell-in/sell-out)- Identify, recruit and on-board new strategic partners to expand market reach - Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact - Drive joint marketing initiatives & co-marketing efforts to promote products through partners - Monitor, analyze and report on channel sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement & growth - Negotiate & manage channel partner contracts & agreements- Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing and product management to align strategies & develop tailored solutions for partners - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitor behavior within the distribution channels Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education background:- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering is must2. Working experience:- At least 5-7 years’ working experience of LCAC Sales have good relations with big & important sales channel partners3. Skills:- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is prefer - Excellent communication & negotiation skills, closing deal - Good at planning & sales forecast skills- Competent in running sell-in/sell-out targets 4. Others:- Result-oriented- Business mindset- Customer-Centric Mindset- Self-confident, positive spirit
