Mô Tả Công Việc
• Preparation the detail shop-drawing from design drawing.• Structures Work: Concrete for Foundation, Ground Beam, Column, girder, Slab…, Block wall, Plastering, Stair Case…• Steel structure work: Column, beam, rafter, Purlin, girt, Wall & roof cladding• Finishing Work: Plan, Detail Section of partition, Tilling, Ceilling, Door & Window ...• External Work: Road, Drainage System, ...• Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor for above type of drawings• Coordinate with the with relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts • Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to TODA’s standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients expectations and good profitability for the Company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education: Bachelor degree in Civil and/or Architectural Engineering. Age: 25-30 years-old• English communication, can read and understand technical documents written in English.• At least 3 years of experience in shop-drawing deployment at construction site;• High proficiency in AutoCAD• Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently• Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills• Communicate in EnglishBenefits:- Gross salary: Up to 16 tr vnđ (not included OT wage)- Allowance: will be paid when working at Site.- Working time: Monday to Friday and Saturday (2nd & 4th of month)- SHUI according to Law- Accident insurance
