- Maintains security and accountability of company funds.
- Manage and supervises Cage Department personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Oversees scheduling of department ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Ensures that all company monies are reconciled and accounted for properly on a daily basis.
- Oversees the confidentiality of all gaming records.
- Verifies paperwork for accuracy and helps resolve variance errors
- Handles customer inquiries or complaints
- Evaluates and counsels as needed, direct reports and other employees in order to maintain and enhance operations of the Cage Department.
- Trains, counsels and coaches assigned personnel in the performance of their duties; prepares and presents Performance Appraisal Reviews.
- Performs other job-related duties.

- Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- College Degree or above
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Cage Department with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Must have experience with Vietnamese law relating to cash and credit. Must have hands on experience with cage table management systems and table touch. Must also have experience with rolling chip programs, their compliance background and knowledge about money laundering.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the English language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
- Chinese or Korean communication is preferred.
- Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have good math abilities. Must be able to oversee a schedule for a number of staff. Industry experience is critical, requiring an operational understanding of cages and casino accounting, soft count and audit.
- Must be efficient and able to ensure a seamless delivery of money, chips and paperwork to customers with minimal amount of delay and inefficiencies. Experience in credit handling of pit clerks/money runners is an advantage.
