Report to: Call Center ManagementLocation: Ho Chi MinhFunction: Customer & Information Technology | Department: Customer OfficeType: Individual Contributor THE OPPORTUNITY:To provide the best service to Customers and avoid increasing calls excessive, we need to recruit Call Center Assistant position with the following main objective:• Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support while following company policies, procedures and meet Call Center KPI.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide service updates or other project.• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems effectively.• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and policies.• Escalate complex issues to superior or appropriate departments when necessary.• Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.• Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations as required.• Maintain a positive, gentle and professional manner while handling high call volumes.
