Mô Tả Công Việc
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, conduct sales pitches, and close sales deals.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing customer accounts, maintaining customer databases, updating customer information, and tracking sales activities.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for PABX systems, including diagnosing, configuring PABX settings, and providing instructions to customers on how to use PABX features.
- Generating sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to management on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, or goals set by the company.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English/Chinese/Korean
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of PABX systems and telecommunications products or services
- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
