Sales Planning and Performance Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies for both campaign-driven and baseline activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.Campaign Execution:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that meet or exceed targets. This includes defining campaign objectives, brand vs. creator planning, managing budgets, preparation, and campaign execution.Paid Ads Management:
Oversee the performance of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize spend and ROI.Performance Analytics:
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign strategies.Collaboration:
Work closely with the Creator Management team, the Commercial team, and the Operations team to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales targets. Facilitate smooth collaboration between all parties involved in sales campaigns.Target Achievement:
Take charge of meeting and exceeding GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) / Revenue targets through effective campaign management and strategic initiatives.Special Projects and New Products Development:
Lead and manage special projects and new product development as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Work Experience: 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in sales performance and/or campaign management, ideally within the e-commerce or social commerce space.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in campaign management, sales, or a related field within the e-commerce or social commerce industry.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and insights to drive sales performance improvement.
- Project/Campaign Management Skills: Excellent project and campaign management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and performance optimization.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Innovative & Adaptive: A keen eye for emerging trends in social commerce and digital marketing.
