Campus Ambassador & Event Outreach Representative – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

Campus Community Building
- Establish and grow a SEED Study Abroad Community within your university.
- Engage students interested in international education and global careers.
- Identify student leaders from other institutions and support them in creating similar communities.

Event Promotion & Outreach
- Promote SEED's virtual and in-person events across campus networks.
- Drive registrations and attendance for masterclasses, university sessions, and career events.
- Coordinate outreach through student groups, clubs, social media communities, and peer networks.

Student Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact between students and the SEED team.
- Answer basic event-related queries and encourage participation.
- Collect student feedback and community insights.

Lead Qualification Support
- Reach out to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand student profiles and interests.
- Support registrations for upcoming SEED events and programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility & Skills Required
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with fluency in the local/regional language.
- Actively involved in student clubs, campus organizations, leadership positions, or community initiatives.
- Strong interest in international education, study abroad opportunities, career development, and student engagement.
- Comfortable interacting with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in building relationships and driving campus-level initiatives.
- Ability to influence peers, mobilize student communities, and promote events effectively within their network.
