- Support and lead service staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Check table setup, equipment, and service readiness before opening.
- Ensure service sequence is followed according to restaurant standards.
- Greet guests, introduce menu items, and handle guest requests.
- Monitor table status and coordinate with cashier, kitchen, and bar.
- Guide and assist new service staff in the assigned area.
- Report service status and issues to the Restaurant Manager.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to handle fast - paced environments.
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
