We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.Responsibilities:The official job title: Card Operations Processing Center Manager (Outsourcing)Play the role Card Operations Processing Center to operate Credit Card/ Cash Plus migration and reconciliation activities. In particular, they’re included but not limited as below.Manual migration collateral: To be guided, trained how to create FD as collateral facility in UOB system (CDMS) correctly from migrated Secured Credit Cards; Reconcile migrated Credit card credit limit at Customer level recorded correctly in UOB System (LES).Recarding: Follow UOB instruction to monitor daily Recarding is embossed, delivered accordingly and close those are not active, not recarded; Handle customer’s request to check delivery status and process card replacement appropriately basing on UOB document addressing expired date applied for replaced card in each specific time (before, after recarding date Sep25).Post OD1 stabilization: Follow line Line Manager’s instruction to reconcile Statement generation before sending and others tasks to be considered to assign effectively to ensure post OD1 COPC operating work accordingly.Note: the outsourcing labor contract will be signed-on with the UOB’s third party vendor with 9-10 month contract term
