Education Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communications, Linguistics, or related fields. Graduated from top-tier universities in the field. Preference for candidates from FTU, NEU, Diplomatic Academy, Academy of Journalism and Communication. International university graduates are a plus. Strong academic performance (GPA > 3.0). Work experience: 5+ years of experience in FMCG, fashion, DTC, or eCommerce marketing, ideally in a product/category role Experieced in managing a team of 7 - 10 people Proven track record of creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital or physical products. Experience in e-commerce/ facebook ads or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creatives, product, and performance marketing teams.
