- Generate and manage catering leads through various channels (walk-ins, calls, emails, and networking).
- Identify new business opportunities in both corporate and social event sectors.
- Promote and sell the hotel's event venues and catering services to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Attend client meetings and events to understand their needs and provide tailored catering solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
- Work with the event planning team to organise and execute events seamlessly.
- Prepare and present event proposals and menu options to clients.
- Oversee the final details of the event, ensuring everything aligns with client expectations
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging catering ideas to ensure the hotel’s offerings remain competitive.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and demand.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or catering-related role within the hotel or events industry is commonly required.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
