CB Capability Deployment Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation by leading change and communication strategies for capability-building initiatives across the APAC region. The role involves managing stakeholder alignment, fostering engagement, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Acting as a key facilitator of change & capability development, The CB Capability Deployment Lead d ensures that communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives, enabling teams to transition effectively and achieve sustainable results.ResponsibilitiesSystem Design: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful deployment of Connected Brewery portfolio by fostering adoption of new capabilities and processes.Visualization Tools: Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide teams through change adoption.Training and Mentoring: Design and deliver training programs to prepare teams for new systems, processes, and tools.User Training: Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and resources to support knowledge transfer and skill-building.Requirement Analysis: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future deployments.Community Engagement: Establish mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change and communications efforts.Presentation Skills: Project/Portfolio management skills, communication and change management, stakeholder managementProject Management: High NPS of project membersImpact Assessment: High score on change impact assessmentsRequirementsPortfolio: Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field such as communications, business administration, or a related fieldHands-On Experience: Practical experience in a DevOps role or related position, with a solid understanding of software development and IT operations.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with capability-building projects in a regional or global context, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar dynamic environment.Negotiation Skills: Knows how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills.Interpersonal Skills: Capability to navigate complex organizational challenges and adjust strategies to evolving needs.Communication: Sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances in communication and change management.Additional Skills: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.Experience: Skilled at using modern communication techniques including online videos, mobile applications, internet portals, etc.EducationDegreeBachelor in Information TechnologyCertificationBenefits
