- Prepare and process accurate, timely payroll for employees, casuals, and interns.
- Manage and verify attendance records in the Cadena system to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Calculate severance pay and other employee-related payments in compliance with regulations.
- Register, update, and adjust Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance records monthly.
- Guide employees through insurance claims and liaise with authorities to secure benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries on salaries, benefits, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Prepare monthly payroll, benefits, and PIT reports, and update C&B data in Cadena.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or administration (C&B experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems such as Cadena is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
