+ Check and supervise the timekeeping and the implementation of the labor regulations on the working hours of all employees.+ Calculate salary, bonuses, and allowances and solve related issues for all employees.+ Organize store, arrange, update, and maintain salary records, promotion records, salary increase proposals, salary reduction discipline, resignation records, and other related documents to the company's salary+ Monitor, and update the data on the increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.+ Manage and inspect leave, compensation, and other regimes according to the company's rules and regulations.+ Report salary expenses to the Head of Department monthly and irregularly when required.+ Report labor & insurance to government & resolve issues concern about labor relations+ Register & resolve issues and concerns about PIT code, dependents & finalization of PIT+ Update policies & regulations to suitable for Labor code & internal regulation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ University / college graduate in Laws/ Human Resources Management/ Business Administration+ Have in-depth understanding of labor law, social insurance law and related legal documents+ Good English communication skills+ Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power point+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously+ Be able to start working as soon as possible
