About the Role - Cover difference HR Operations activities of Compensation and Benefits functionResponsibilitiesManaging Outsourcing staff and HR operations activities (contract maintenance, administration reporting...).Handle full process of GVL healthcareInform alteration to POS about GVL healthcare: add new members and dependents, remove stopped working member, changing in employee group.Receive and verify claims form from staff before transfer to Claims Dept.Contact to staff if there are any supporting docs need to be supplemented as require from Claims Dept.Engage a part of on boarding process: follow up to have full supporting documents of new hire.Scan personal information of staff.Keying employee personal data in the system.Manage employee’s filling system documents.In charge benefits and allowance in kind to related staff (welfare benefits, uniform, stuff for new hire,...): prepare list, distribute and monthly reconciliation.Input and well control employees’ personal data, employee’s Leave days and Time Off (Overtime) in HR systems (FPT system and GenMe system.Well Manage Exit process (Termination process) for all employeeIn-charged direct purchase for HC Department, in-charged vendor contracts and payment of C&B function.Other HR Operations reporting and benefits tasks, as well as engagement activities will be assigned from time to time by manager in accordance with the Section and Department’s objective.

QualificationsBachelor degree, preferably in social sciences & humanity / law/ economics major.At least 1 years experience and knowledge in Human Resources are preferableHuman Resource orientedGood communication (in bilingual Vietnamese & English)Proficiency in MS office applications, especially in HR software, MSExcel, and other tools for data analysis and reporting.Good interpersonal; teamwork with can do attitude; a careful, accuracyand discreet person.
