Key responsibilities
- Monitor and prepare leave report, timesheet report.
- Direct manage monthly payroll and prepare payroll report for approval and arrange salary payments for employees.
- Prepare and submit for approval all required reports, documents to Authority related to Labor such as salary scale, internal labor regulation, work permit, labor report, labor safety report.
- Prepare and submit for approval all required reports, documents to Tax Authority such as PIT reports, PIT Finalization and assist, consult employee to arrange dependent registration, PIT Code obtaining registration, PIT finalization.
- Arrange required reports and payment for Compulsory Insurance Authority accordingly.
- Arrange payment for sickness, maternity allowance… following company rules and related Laws.
- Arrange payment for work stopping allowance and other benefits for employees following regulation, policy.
- Proactive report to line manager when there is any updating about Labor Law, Insurance law, Tax law, Union Law
- Keep staff data and profile well organized for any new update or audit. Maintain updated to date employee information on HRMS.
- Coordinate the implementation of other activities such as periodic health check for workers, organizing HR activities and meetings
Other responsibilities:
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Designs and develops compensation policies
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions)
- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization
- Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
- Trains line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies
- Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees
- Manages, leads and develops C&B Analysts
- Represent the organization at different HR conferences
- Others task as assigned by HR Manager.

Key skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor degree on HR Management, Law or Economic
- Experience: At least 03 year of experience in similar positions
- Language skill: Fluent English proficiency
- IT skill: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skills Abilities: Work independently
- Able to cope with work pressure
