- Support the HR operation for Overseas entities, including, but not limited to, contract execution, payroll calculation, leave tracking, performance-based incentives/bonuses, internal reports, and audits, by using a mix of Software tools (50%) and offline Excel (50%).- Support overseas recruitment processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Team & HRBP.- Serve as a key liaison, providing advisory and support services to HRBP for related labor laws, tax, and regulatory matters.- Standardize policies and handbooks for each market.- Work closely with the HR Agency to deliver monthly reports & declarations.Year-end tax finalization, pension/mandatory contribution registration & management.- Identify and implement competitive benefit programs for each market.- Support the development of C&B policies and procedures for the Vietnam market.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B- Strong attention to detail, adaptable, quick-thinking, and resourceful.- Excellent written and spoken English- Proficient in Excel and reports generation- Familiarity with payroll platforms (Workday, Odoo)- Experience in building or optimizing policy frameworks.- Previous experience with multinational or large-scale organizations
