We are looking for a C&B Specialist to oversee, recommend and implement HR practices and procedures in Vietnam, and to comply with local ordinance and regulations.- Position : C&B Specialist- Division : VN HR- Working place : Unit D3-1, 3rd floor, Standard Factory D, Lot Va.04b located on Road 24 & 17, Industrial Park within Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC- Working time : 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday• Payroll:- Implement monthly salary, bonus, and welfare payment for both Vietnam office and warehouse. - Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input and output including leave, attendance management and related statutory reports. - In charge of the Employee & payroll system and to ensure all records and data are updated accordingly and system enhancement. - End to end processing of local statutory HR Compliance (e.g SHUI, Tax, etc.) - Manage and resolve employee queries related to payroll, HR policies and attendance. - Ensure reports submitted to Management and statutory bodies are accurate and timely.- Provide advice and back up for Australia payroll when needed. - Provide the documents and data requested by the internal and external auditor. - Survey and update the market C&B trend. - Support team to build up HR policies to be competitive and fit business strategy.• Labor management:- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile. - Oversee personal file management, contract, annex, decision, etc. preparation & record.• Other HR tasks:- Participate in several HR projects.- Support other admin/event tasks when needed.- Other tasks assigned by management.
