Ensure that social insurance declarations and personal income tax finalizations are completed on time;3. Manage employee information and employment contracts, and monitor contract status;4. Handle employee resignation procedures;5. Manage procedures for foreign employees;6. Develop and improve the HR system;7. Prepare timely HR reports to support management in decision-making and policy planning.8. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.3. Good understanding of regulations related to social insurance, personal income tax, and foreigner procedure4. Strong calculation and data processing skills, proficient in HR management software and Excel.5. Good communication and problem-solving skills.6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful in work.7. Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.8. Able to communicate well in English or Chinese.
