Central Quality Assurance Supervisor

1. Maintain relative company Management System and Certificates (total 7 systems) through External Audit from third parties:(a). Prepare and Maintain Quality and EHS Management System of IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/ ISO13485 Certificates through SGS Audit and Assessment; (b). Prepare and Maintain AS9100 Aerospace Management System from BV China Audit;(c). Prepare and Maintain ISO27001(IMS) Information Security System through BV Vietnam Audit.2. Maintain ,support and ensure Calibration audit to be conducted well;3. Maintain, support and ensure document control and management (CDC) effectively;4. Conduct Internal Audit regularly for all ISO standards based on the audit plan and actions follow up;5. Conduct PM Audit and publish MQA report by monthly.7. Be responsible for coordinating management review as planned.8. Be responsible for coordinating works related to EHS and responsible for Local Authorized Agencies Audit.9. Customer Audit preparation, Support;10. Responsible for making EHSC report and report to Top management in every quater.11. Calibration Arrangement and Management12. PM-Preventive Maintenance Audit for all MI including W/S, Coating, Tesers, Fixturs, etc.13. Other jobs assigned by Management.
