POSITION SUMMARY• The Channel Executive (GT) is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the sales business strategies and activities of the team in their channels/territory to achieve sales, market share, and profit and expenditure targets through the effective implementation of marketing plans.A DAY IN THE LIFE …• Ensure Sales targets are met or exceeded. • Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/subcategory.• Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.• Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the category/subcategory in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions. • Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (secondary sales, inventory level, order placement on-time etc.) • Plan, Implement, follow up for the assigned projects. • Control Total Trade Spend/Commission within assigned budget.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least four years of experience in Sales and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.• Significant experience in trade planning and execution• Significant experience in a supervisory role preferably within the Pharmaceutical / Health care industry, consumer health or FMCG• Detailed understanding of the nutrition market with particular reference to products and services dealing with clinical nutrition• Ability to interpret financial results and standard accounting reports• Demonstrated experience in the management, motivation and development of a professional sales team• Able to be flexible in working hours and to travel
