JOB MISSION Working alongside the Channel Marketing Manager and Taiwan VM team, you will be working closely with channel partners and external suppliers to ensure that in-store displays according to brand VM guidelines and also develope Channel Marketing plan for all retail channel.JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibility. Develope channel marketing program to achieve sale goals. Supervise and guide channel partners to deploy products displayed in stores in accordance with the brand's layout principles.. Evaluate and manage suppliers and partners to develop and execute VM materials and products, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines within budget and market alignment. Contribute to the continuous enhancement and optimization of Marketing programs . Plan, coordinate and execute 100% product launch events and other channel marketing activities for partners and customers. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs. Perform related tasks as requested by Direct Manager

Required Skills. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of channel marketing/trade marketing/retail experience. Knowledge of the process and creation of merchandising solutions in-store and online. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced enviroment. Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiar with sports marketing will be highly preferedPreferred Skills· Logical thinking, problem-solving and project management skill.· Strong interpersonal skill and self-starter in building relationships.
