Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our Company. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a high level of proficiency in English. This role requires a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and timely financial reporting.- Act as Chief Accountant - Financial reporting: Prepare, maintain and submit quarterly accurate financial - statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements: PIT/VAT/CIT/FCT and Foreign Loans/ DPI reports. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual results against forecasts and provide variance analysis. - Audit and Internal Controls: Support internal and external audits. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. - General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations. Ensure the company’s financial practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations. - Communication: Collaborate with other departments local management and Global Controller.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Chief Accountant. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in at least 02 foreign companies, preferabely in a manufacturing business - Language Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (FAST an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights - Attention to details: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Organization: Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Ethics: High degree of of integrity and ethical standards - Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and proof of CPA certification.
