Chief Accountant

Job Description:As the Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities of the company. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire accounting function including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.• Cash Management; daily, weekly, monthly cash flow• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and regulations.• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.• Coordinate and prepare for annual audits and tax filings.• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
