Wecare group is a B2B industrial distributor that leverages Data and Technology to optimize operations within the industrial supply chain (Construction Hardware, Industrial Chemicals, Electrical Materials, Water Industry Equipment)We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring the company's financial health, reporting accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.1/Responsibilities+ General control• Ensure all of finance and accounting transactions/ activities comply with VAS (Vietnam Account System) and Management/ Company Policy Requirement.• Control money in and out of cash or bank• Monitoring of accounts receivable and payable by the customer and supplier• Solving problem within internal or relative depts..• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to support decision-making. • Accrual and prepare transaction for monthly closing• Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors.+ Budgeting & Analysis: • Follow up A & P budget• Monitor financial performance against budget and analyze variances.• Lead testing and optimization initiatives.• Lead the financial budgeting and forecasting processes.+ Cash Flow Management • Effectively manage the company's cash flow, including cash flow forecasting and optimizing cash utilization• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational obligations+ Digital transformation & Process Optimization• Lead Digital Transformation: serve as the primary person responsible for evaluating, selecting, implementing, and operating new Accounting Software.• Process Optimization: review, standardize, and digitize current accounting processes+ Leadership & Team Development: • Focus on team development• Collaborate closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.+ Report• Review balance sheet/ P&L monthly for company• Explain all detail in P&L with BOD• Monthly analysis of Financial Statement with BOD.• Ensure all of the reports come out on time (In the Company and government organizations).• Monthly Price Variance Report and Analysis• Publish monthly Financial Statement & Control Reports for managements
