KEY FUNCTIONS
Accounting Operations Management
- Oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accuracy and efficiency in ledgers, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare financial monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with guidelines and legal requirements.
Audit and Compliance
- Lead annual audits, offer insights for procedural improvements and enhance financial processes.
- Implement accounting methods and policies
- Uphold principles specific to the gaming industry.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, adhere to local, state, and federal tax filing and compliance requirements.
Financial Analysis and Planning
- Provide strategic financial analysis, support decision-making on investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor financial performance, develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Cage Operations Management
- Manage and oversee cage operations, ensure efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, follow all relevant financial regulations and reporting procedures.
Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, align departmental objectives with the Company’s strategic goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the accounting team.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulate financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with specific experience in the casino or gaming industry strongly desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and the unique financial operations of casinos.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, with a focus on gaming industry platforms.
- Proven leadership in managing accounting teams with a strategic approach to financial management.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and dedication to financial accuracy and transparency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of financial risk management and treasury functions.
